Location: (city, state)
Job interest: (directing, acting, cameraman, sound, lighting, DP, Editing, writer, storyboard, ect...)
Genre interest: (horror, sci-fi, romance, any, ect)
Movies: (post youtube links to each or just a homepage)
Equipment: (camera, lights, props, effects gear, dolly, mics, ect...)
Software: (software you have access too or knowledge of use)
Contact Info: email and/or phone #(if you want to hold this info and give it out directly I understand, but remember the more you make yourself available the more experience you may get)
Other: (any bits you want to add, remember though this is a forum, there are a lot of other places to post information)
